Welcome to Lanier Aquatics!

For the best in competitive swimming training, meet management, swim lessons and overall physical conditioning for youth and adults consider the programs offered by Lanier Aquatics in Gainesville, Georgia.

Competitive Swimming Training

Lanier Aquatics offers training year-round using the new Francis Meadows Center Pool during the school year, September through May, and the Green Street Pool during the summer (both are Gainesville Parks and Recreation Department facilities, 25 yards by 25 meters with ten lanes).

We offer an extensive program for school-age children from entry level to the elite. The program is open to all children who can pass a basic swimming test and are at least six years old. See the Team Information page for more information on year round swim team groups and fees.

LA is a USA Swimming, Inc., and Georgia Swimming, Inc. member club.

Meet Management Services

The Lanier Aquatics Meet Management department offers a range of services from providing basic equipment to total meet management. We have a Colorado Electronic Timing system with certified operators as well as a networked computer system.

Team Suits

We will be taking orders for team suits the first two weeks of practice.

The suit is the Speedo Endurance, solid navy with the team name embroidered in gold. No orders will be accepted after Monday, September 8, 2008

The cost for the suits will be

$60 for girls and $40 for boys Jammers

Also during the first two weeks of practice, we will have a supply of practice suits, practice caps, and assorted goggles. This would be a good time to purchase these items for the winter season as none of these items are available locally. There will be Speedo, Tyr, and Dolphin Uglies suits for boys and girls.
